Stop me if this sounds familiar. Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes, Running With the Devil) just wants to go to her job in a Mexico City car factory. It’s a normal day, arguing with her boss about being replaced by machines, when a shape-shifting killer robot from the future (Gabriel Luna, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) shows up at work to kill her only to be thwarted by a human soldier, Grace (Mackenzie Davis, Blade Runner 2049), also from the future.

I know. I know better. We’ve been burned before. Too many times. But I can’t help it. I can’t not get excited about a new Terminator movie. And there’s one coming. And there’s a new trailer—weird choice, btw, to drop it at 11 pm EST on a Thursday. Watch the latest trailer for Terminator: Dark Fate below. And check out a new poster below that.

'Deadpool' May Help 'The Goon' Animated Movie Get Made
If you’re not familiar with Eric Powell’s The
Goon, you should change that immediately. It’s simply one of the best
comics of the modern era, a throw-back mash-up of Depression-era pulp stylistics,
supernatural horror, and comedy that also manages to tell some of the most
emotionally devastating tales while all dressed up gratuitous, over-the-top
violence and crude, bawdy humor. An animated movie has been in the works since
1999—there was even a proof of concept video—but there has been little news
since back in 2013. Little news, that is, until now.
