Don’t you hate it when you wake up from a night of hard partying, hung over, vaguely smelly, and in control of a massive monster wreaking havoc on the other side of the world? Oh wait, maybe that only happens to Anne Hathaway in Nacho Vigalondo’s Colossal. I’d swear that happened to me once, but it may just be this new trailer.

'Colossal' Trailer: Anne Hathaway Has A Giant Monster



I’ve been over-the-moon psyched for Colossal every since hearing the words “Nacho Vigalondo” and “giant monster movie” in the same sentence. Then the Spanish director put together a top-tier cast—Anne Hathaway, who I’m meh about, and Dan Stevens, who I’m very, very not meh about. Word out of the TIFF premiere last fall confirmed my excitement was justified, and the first trailer is right in my wheelhouse.
