Jordan Peele's 'The Twilight Zone' Trailer Brings Tales Of Supernatural Terror

Well, I apparently need to get CBS All Access now. Why you may ask? Because of Jordan Peele’s reboot of The Twilight Zone, that’s why. What convinced me? Other than Jordan Peele rebooting Twilight Zone? This trailer, that’s what.

Oh damn, when that music kicks in…chills.

It remains to be seen whether this Twilight Zone takes on new stories or revisits old tales of terror. We know we’ll see at least one remake or reimagining, “Nightmare at 30,000 Feet,” with Adam Scott in the role filled by both William Shatner and John Lithgow in various versions. But is that more of an attention grabber or a roadmap for how the series will progress? We’ll just have to see what we’ll see.

In addition to Scott, there are a ton of familiar faces in this trailer. We see John Cho, Tracy Morgan, Taissa Farmiga, Steven Yeun, James Frain, Sanaa Lathan, Kumail Nanjiani, John Laroquette, and a ton more. And I’m sure there are many others.

Between this, Get Out, and Us, Jordan Peele has sure as hell become horror fans BFF, and I can’t wait.

The Twilight Zone drops the first two episodes on CBS All Access—the network’s streaming service—on April 1, with new episodes to follow on Thursdays beginning April 11.
