'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood' Trailer: Quentin Tarantio's Latest Has Cool Cats Being Cool

Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio being cool

Quentin Tarantino finally has his Once Upon a Time movie. You knew it was bound to happen. I honestly expected it to be a western, but as he’s done that the last two times out of the gate, I guess that wasn’t in the cards. As you might imagine, some folks are frothing over at the prospect of a new QT movie, so without further ado, here’s the first trailer for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

'Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2' (2017) Movie Review

What’s the one thing Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel’s 2014 deep space adventure, is missing? That’s right, Kurt Russell. Fortunately for everyone, writer/director James Gunn’s follow up, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 rectifies that oversight with a vengeance. Oh yeah, and there’s Baby Groot, who may be the most adorable character to ever grace the silver screen.

'The Fate Of The Furious' (2017) Movie Review

If 2015’s Furious 7 was a bit too reserved and subdued—what with cars parachuting from cargo planes and leaping skyscraper to skyscraper—don’t worry, The Fate of the Furious, also known as the eighth Fast and Furious movie (AKA #F8), rectifies that with gleeful abandon. It walks a fine line between sheer idiocy and inspired brilliance, often leaping back and forth between the two, and represents a marked drop in quality in the franchise for the first time in almost a decade.

The Latest 'The Fate Of The Furious' Trailer Is More Absurd Than You Ever Dreamed Possible

As long as they keep cranking out Fast & Furious movies, and as long as they continue to spiral into insanity, I’ll keep watching. And if you thought Furious 7, with it’s CGI Paul Walker and cars jumping from building to building and parachuting out of cargo planes was bonkers, well, you need to watch the new Fate of the Furious trailer. I don’t even know what they’re doing anymore, but hot damn do I love it. Seriously, there’s a submarine in a car chase, what more can a growing boy ask for?

UPDATED: Watch New 'Alien: Covenant' And 'Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2' Trailers

While the real world continued its descent into a once-thought-fictional dystopia, it turns out last night was one hell of a night for trailers for science fiction movies. Both Alien: Covenant and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 dropped new trailers, and both are goddamn fantastic, albeit for very different reasons. Take a gander at both after the jump.

'The Fate Of The Furious' Trailer: Say It Ain't So, Vin Diesel

Between Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto turning his back on his makeshift family, Charlize Theron’s terrible, terrible pseudo-dreadlocks (is she going to a rave?), and a goddamn submarine bursting through the icepack and getting into a high-speed chase with a Lamborghini and a tank, I have no clue what’s going on in the first trailer for The Fate of the Furious, the latest in the Fast and Furious franchise. But holy hell, whatever it is, I love the shit out of it.

'Deepwater Horizon' (2016) Movie Review

As a filmmaker, Peter Berg is in love with the process of things. He fills his films, even Battleship, with meticulous, methodical sequences, like a helicopter refueling early on in his latest tale of real-life disaster and heroism, Deepwater Horizon. An affection and even tenderness washes over what amounts to little more than a mechanical interaction between man and machine.

Quentin Tarantino's 'The Hateful Eight' Gets A Packed New Trailer

Quentin Tarantino may be engaged in an epic war of words (and thinly veiled threats) with police departments across the country, but while that situation spins steadily out of control, let’s not forget that The Hateful Eight is on the way. A new Tarantino movie is always worth getting excited about, and I’ll take a gritty, violent western any day of the week, so when the two come together, goddamn. And just in case you can’t wait, there’s a new trailer to check out.

'Bone Tomahawk' Trailer: Check Out Kurt Russell In A Cannibal Revenge Western

While I was less than enthused with Eli Roth’s latest addition to the cannibal movie sweepstakes, The Green Inferno, there’s another on the way that I’m rather psyched to see. Bone Tomahawk is a very different take on the subject matter, trading in do-gooders being devoured by a jungle tribe for the trappings of a grim revenge western. The movie recently premiered at Fantastic Fest and now a new trailer has hit the airwaves.

'The Hateful Eight' Trailer: Quentin Tarantino's Latest Western Looks Grim And Badass

Any time Quentin Tarantino drops a new movie, it’s going to be a big deal. That much is a given. When it’s a western with a stacked cast, like his upcoming The Hateful Eight, well, to say we’re excited is an understatement. We’ve seen photos and random whatnots from the film, but now we have our first trailer, and it looks like a damn fine time.

Check Out These Grizzled 'Hateful Eight' Photos

Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming The Hateful Eight has a lot to be excited about. First off, it’s a Tarantino movie, which are always an event; it’s also a western, and we’re stoked to see what he brings to the genre, especially after getting his feet wet with Django Unchained; and, of course, he’s put together a cast that makes us jump up and down and clap our hands with glee. And now, thanks to EW, we’ve got a ton of new images that reveal just how grizzled and tore up these badasses are.

Kurt Russell's Horror Western 'Bone Tomahawk' Drops Its First Poster

Through Kurt Russell into a western and you’ve got our attention. Throw him into a horror western, and it’s like you’re reading our damn mind. And that’s just what we have with S. Craig Zahler’s directorial debut Bone Tomahawk, which, in addition to Russell, has an awesome cast that also includes Patrick Wilson, Sean Young, Matthew Fox, and Richard Jenkins. The film just revealed an awesome, throwback style poster, check it out below.

This 'Furious 7' IMAX Trailer Has Everything You'll Ever Need, From Blood Feuds To Skydiving Cars

Dear Sweet Baby Jesus, can is just go ahead and be April 3 already? Everything that happens between now and when I can finally see Furious 7 (or Fast 7, or The Fast and the Furious 7, or whatever the hell you want to call it because I’ll be there no matter what the title is) is largely inconsequential. And I mean everything. Just to tease me, they released this new IMAX trailer and, well, yeah, I’ll just let you take a look, it speaks for itself.
